In Italy we run direct service in the north-east from our Ponte di Piave (TV) HQ; elsewhere we work with partner operators trained directly on our machines. Abroad, we support importers with training, spares and remote diagnostics.
What happens if the machine jams?
The vast majority of jams are solved remotely or over the phone with our first-line support. If physical intervention is needed, north-east Italy response is 24-48 hours; elsewhere it depends on the local partner operator.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months standard warranty on mechanics and electronics, extendable to 24 or 36 months. Spare parts remain available for years, including out of warranty.
How fast do you deliver?
