In Italy we run direct service in the north-east from our Ponte di Piave (TV) HQ; elsewhere we work with partner operators trained directly on our machines. Abroad, we support importers with training, spares and remote diagnostics.
Can I pay in instalments, rent, or get a free-loan?
Yes. We offer direct purchase, operating lease and — for qualified businesses with adequate consumption volumes — free-loan with a product supply agreement.
Do you also supply the products to load?
We are not a vending operator: we sell the machine. However, we can point to reliable suppliers of snacks, drinks, coffee, single-dose detergents and technical vending products based on your area.
Does the machine need an internet connection to work?
No: machines run stand-alone. Connectivity (SIM or Wi-Fi) is optional and only needed for telemetry and remote firmware updates.
